Attention all toe-tapping toddlers, the beloved Hyde Park music studio for kids has moved into its brand-new home and classes start today, Wednesday, January 22!

The new space is on the corner of residential street Orleans and W. Swann Ave. near the popular eatery, On Swann, and has its own beautiful courtyard perfect for a quick snack time before or after class.

We got to tour the space yesterday at their Sneak & Peak Preview party and were blown away by the much larger space complete with 3 studio classrooms and – its own parking! Besides its 18 or so parking spaces that wrap around the building, there’s also additional street parking or parking in the Village garage off Oregon.

You can still expect to remove your shoes inside – and for good reason – the space is sparkling clean and whimsically decorated. Tied to Ms. Alli’s roots in North Carolina, the space is “Asheville” inspired with a woodsy feel – and lots of bears!

Ms. Karen has her very own nice, big piano studio, complete with its own private entrance, bathroom and space for shoes. There's also a dedicated Arts & Crafts room (patiently awaiting, as Ms. Alli looks for the perfect teacher) with space for ukelele classes, and birthday parties with Mr. Todd.

Teaching Opportunities are available for part-time music teacher apprenticeship, part-time Spanish music teacher (must be bilingual and a strong singer) and a part-time Art Director. Candidates must have experience in early childhood education, and/ or arts background.
