LEGOLAND Florida Introduces Two Limited-Edition Snacks for Galacticoaster Launch

Thrills and fun are best paired with awesome treats. And friends, you're in for a thrilling adventure at LEGOLAND, and your taste buds are coming along for the ride. To celebrate the grand opening of the all-new Galacticoaster, LEGOLAND Florida is offering two limited-edition snacks that are bold, colorful, and totally on theme — one sweet and one savory.

LEGOLAND's Galacticoaster Treats

Cookies & Cosmos Sundae – $13.69

Available at Firehouse Ice Cream

The Cookies & Cosmos Sundae is a banana-split-style creation. It features two scoops of bright-blue cookies-and-cream ice cream, layered with Oreo crumbs, topped with whipped cream, rich chocolate sauce, colorful sprinkles, and a cherry, all nestled between fresh banana halves.

The chocolate sauce paired beautifully with the banana, and the cookie crumbles added a satisfying crunch. It’s generously portioned, my husband and I split it comfortably, making it a shareable treat for families celebrating a ride on Galacticoaster.

Supernova Sandwich – $13

Available at Kick'N Chicken

If you’re craving something savory, the Supernova Sandwich delivers. This crispy chicken breast sandwich is glazed with a vibrant, sweet Thai chili sauce that adds sweetness with just a hint of heat. The slaw adds a cool crunch that balances the glaze nicely.

The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with a slightly salty finish. A dip in honey mustard from the sauce bar helped mellow the salt and added a creamy contrast.
