Tampa Bay Fitness Groups for Moms
Stroller Sculpt
- Date: Every Thursday and virtual training every other day of the week
- Location: Midtown Tampa
Designed for pregnancy and postpartum, this class is for a community of mothers coming together to connect, move, and support each other. This class is led by a Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. Combining expert guidance with intentional movements safe for diastasis recti and cesarean healing.
The rule at Stroller Sculpt is the babies make the rules! Whether they need to be fed, changed, rocked, or strolled, do whatever you need to do. All ages are welcome and strollers and babies are optional and make sure to bring your own mat.
FIT4MOM Tampa Bay
- Dates: Options Monday – Saturdays
- Location meetings and cost: You can schedule meeting times under any of the locations FIT4MOM's has provided. Under those meeting times, the costs will be there as well.
FIT4MOM is a fitness franchise that focuses on providing prenatal and postnatal health, wellness, and fitness programs for mothers at any stage of their motherhood. Founded in 2001, FIT4MOM aims to empower women through supportive communities where they can exercise, thrive, and connect.
FIT4MOM offers a variety of different classes ranging from stroller workouts to strength training classes, all designed to help moms become stronger in their mind, body, and spirit.
Running Clubs
Run Tampa ClubÂ
- Runs are done every Saturday and Sunday morning, unless they have a group race.
- Saturday is long run day, 7-9 a.m., our main run of the week. Locations rotate.
- Sundays: Beginning in 2026, one Sunday run each month, always at Hyde Park Village on the first Sunday, 7 am-8 am
During cooler weather months, there are also Thursday night meet-ups. On Thursday night runs, Hyde Park Village, 6 pm-7 pm. The Thursday night runs occur during six months from mid-October to mid-April.
Run Tampa Club is a diverse running community in Tampa that is dedicated to promoting fitness, health, and mutual trust among those who run together. This club offers a welcoming and supportive environment with group coaching, regular group runs, and social events.
Annual membership cost: $60 individual, $95 couple, $120 family (4 shirt max).
60 years and over: $45 for individual, $75 for couple
Pepperjack's Kids Running Program
- Location: 2621 Bayshore Blvd, Tampa, FL 33629
- This event is scheduled for the month of February
- This program is free to participate in.Â
This 6-week training program is a youth fitness program in Tampa that connects to the Gasparilla Distance Classic Association. Participants come from various neighborhoods throughout Tampa, especially communities and after-school centers.
These fitness drills are led by trained Tampa Parks & Recreation Staff that assist kids to learn that fitness can be fun, and healthy habits lead to positive life outcomes.
PeliKids Youth Runs – St Pete Run Fest
- Date: Saturday November 14th at 10:30 am
- Location: 499 Bayshore Dr Southeast, St Petersburg, FL 33701 between Mahaffey Theater and The Dali MuseumÂ
This run fest is a community event in which children ages 1-13 participate in fun races. These races include Lil' Shrimp Fun Runs, a 0.05k run for 1-2-year-olds, a 0.1k run for preschoolers ages 3-4 and a PeliKids One Miler: A 1-mile fun run designed for kids aged 5-13 along the scenic waterfront of downtown St. Pete.
The PeliKids Marathon Challenge is for kids in kindergarten through 8th grade, aimed at promoting an active lifestyle and healthy habits for life. This event is part of a larger St. Pete Run Fest. Celebrating running and fitness in the city while helping pediatric cancer patients.Â
