Camp Imagination at Glazer Children’s Museum combines imaginative weekly themes, playtime in museum exhibits, and making new friends! Campers can experience eight playful weeks at GCM featuring fun like dinosaur pals, hands-on science, worldwide exploration, and more. We even have 3 Neurodiversity-Affirming weeks right at the beginning to kickstart every kid’s epic summer at Camp Imagination!
GCM Members Save 10%; Add Lunch for $60/week per child.
- Cost: $315/week per child before April 15; $350/week per child after April 15
- Dates/Times: June 9 – August 1, 2025; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Weekly 2025 Themes:
WEEK 1 | June 9-13
Ready, Set, Go! | NEURODIVERSITY-AFFIRMING
Pull up to the Imagination Station! Explore trains, planes, rockets, hoverboards, and more during this transportation-themed week of camp. Work together with your fellow campers to build an assembly-line car, have fun on a hoverboard, and engineer your own boat and test it out in Kidsport!
WEEK 2 | June 16-20
Maker Mania | NEURODIVERSITY-AFFIRMING
Make, create, code, and more! Explore engineering, art, science, robotics, and all other things in this STEAM-focused week of camp. Campers will apply the coding, crafting, and engineering skills developed throughout the week to create their own invention.
WEEK 3 | June 23-27
Wild World | NEURODIVERSITY-AFFIRMING
Explore animals, environments, music, and culture from around the world this summer! Campers will learn about different parts of the world and the animals and humans there. Your completed passport will have a stamp from every continent before you head home at the end of the week!
WEEK 4* | June 30-July 3 | 4-day week
NEW! Sensory Quest
From optical illusions to edible slime, scent bottles to sensory boards, start your sensory quest in this sensational week of camp where you’ll experience the world in new, creative ways!
*$252 per child per week before April 15 | $280 per child per week after April 15 | ADD LUNCH $48 per child for this week only
WEEK 5 | July 7-11
The Art of Storytelling
Explore the different methods of storytelling through content creation! Create a graphic book, record videos and podcasts, capture moments through photography, tell stories, and create a portfolio that represents your story!
WEEK 6 | July 14-18
Epic Exploration
Discover what exists in the depths of the ocean, uncover the thick of the jungles, and venture out into the black holes of outer space in this adventure-themed week of camp! Join us to engineer an igloo, experiment with stalactites, make moon rocks, and explore shipwrecks in the deep sea!
WEEK 7 | July 21-25
Dinosaur Invasion
Stomp, roar, chomp! Meet Big John and learn about his old friends! The Mesozoic era comes to life as we learn about dinosaurs, big and small. Become a paleontologist while digging for dinos, making fossils, and studying prehistoric plants and animals.
WEEK 8 | July 28-August 1
Curiosity Lab
Grab your lab coat and goggles and spend the week exploring and celebrating all things science! We will explore physics, chemistry, forensic science, and earth science! Join us this week to walk on eggshells, launch rockets, and extract DNA.
Autism-Affirming Weeks of Camp Include:
Each week of Autism Affirming Summer Camp Imagination includes the usual camp programming, supplies, museum playtime, morning and afternoon snack, and Camp Imagination t-shirt, but also includes the following:
- Behavior & Speech Specialists on site
- GCM Staff trained by CARD in positive behavior support
- Specially curated curriculum and activities
- Sensory-friendly tools and resources
- Consistent schedule and routine
- Optional pre-camp orientation tour for parents and campers
- Optional pre-camp questionnaire to better prepare staff
- Smaller class sizes and adjacent quiet room
