Veterans Day is Tuesday, November 11, 2025. To honor the men and women who have served our country, several places around Tampa Bay are offering freebies and discounts as a way to say thank you.

Veterans Day Deals in Tampa Bay
Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
- November 7-11, 2025
- 10165 McKinley Drive, Tampa
Busch Gardens is honoring veterans in a few ways. Veterans and active military can receive a special discount on a Silver Pass for park admission to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.
Through November 18, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will have a dedicated “Waves of Honor” priority entry lane at the Busch Gardens front gate entrance for Veterans and their families. From November 7-11, a separate entrance will be located at Nairobi Gate near the front gate entrance for celebrating Veterans and their families.
Veterans may also stop by the Busch Gardens Waves of Honor table in Gwazi Plaza from 10 am – 3 pm on these days to receive a complimentary meal voucher redeemable at Zagora Café, Dragon Fire Grill, Oasis Pizza, or Zambia Smokehouse.
Honoring our Heroes – Yacht Starship
- November 9 through 11, 2025
- Tampa & Clearwater
Veterans and active Military sail for free on the Yacht Starship. With proof of Military ID, members can enjoy a free brunch or dinner cruise. Use code VETERAN when booking online. Cruise dates in Tampa are: November 9 & 11, and in Clearwater, November 10.
Clearwater Marine Aquarium

Veterans receive half off admission on Veterans Day. Florida residents who join them can also take advantage of their Florida Resident deal for $10 off admission, too!
Free Admission for First Responders and Military at Merlin Entertainment Attractions
- Dates: October 1–November 30, 2025
- Tampa Bay Area Locations: LEGOLAND Florida Resort, Winter Haven
Active-duty military, veterans, and first responders can enjoy free one-day admission this fall at select Merlin Entertainment attractions, including LEGOLAND Florida Resort, SEA LIFE Orlando, Madame Tussauds Orlando, and The Orlando Eye.
Up to six accompanying guests can receive 50% off one-day tickets when booked in advance. Verification and ticket purchase must be completed online or through a military ticket office.
Metro Lagoons

As a thank you to all those who protect our country, Military members and Veterans will receive FREE admission at Epperson Lagoon or Southshore Bay Lagoon for themselves and one guest. Reservations can be made here.
Florida Aquarium

To honor and show appreciation for the brave men and women who have served our country, The Florida Aquarium is inviting all military service members to visit for free over Veterans Day weekend. Any active duty, veteran, retired, or drilling reservist, National Guardsman, or honorably/medically discharged member can be eligible. Admission must be redeemed in person at The Florida Aquarium ticket window with a valid US Military ID or DD Form 214.
SeaWorld Orlando Veterans Day Celebration
Dates: November 7–11, 2025
Location: SeaWorld Orlando
SeaWorld Orlando and Navy Federal Credit Union salute veterans and their families with five days of patriotic fun. Enjoy flag displays, themed photo spots, and pre-show salutes during the Orca Encounter, Sea Lion & Otter, and Dolphin Adventure shows. Each night features a special fireworks finale at Bayside Stadium (Friday–Sunday at 7 p.m.) with live music.
Veterans receive exclusive discounts through the Waves of Honor program, including 50% off up to six single-day tickets and the new Military Silver Annual Pass for $161, which includes guest tickets, in-park discounts, and year-round admission.
Veterans Day Parades and Events in Tampa Bay
Veterans Day Parade on Main Street, Zephyrhills

- Location: Main Street Zephyrhills
Join Main Street Zephyrhills for a free Veterans Day Parade! Come out and show your support in Historic Downtown Zephyrhills. It’s a fantastic opportunity for our community to show appreciation and celebrate those who have served.
Veterans Day Celebration in Oldsmar
- Date: November 11, 2025, from 11 am-12 pm
- Location: 250 Shore Dr. E, Oldsmar
Head to Oldsmar Veterans Park for a free event featuring Keynote Speaker, US Air Force Colonel Jeff Mrazik.
Veterans Day Parade in New Port Richey
- Date: Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 5 pm
- Location: Orange Lake and Circler Blvd., New Port Richey
New Port Richey's Veterans Day Parade will feature local veterans, military units, marching bands, community organizations, and more. Come out and show your support and gratitude for those who have sacrificed for our freedom. All are welcome — bring your family, wear your red, white, and blue, and help make this a memorable tribute!
