If you were ordered to evacuate ahead of Hurricane Idalia, LEGOLAND Florida and Walt Disney World Resort are offering you and other Hurricane Idalia evacuees discounts on their resort hotels.
Each theme park plans to keep its theme parks open on Tuesday and Wednesday as they continue to monitor weather conditions. Here are the announcements from each park:

With Hurricane Idalia’s landfall nearing, LEGOLAND® Florida Resort is offering families seeking shelter from the storm a discounted rate on hotel stays. Florida residents evacuating from Hurricane Idalia can book a room at LEGOLAND®Hotel or LEGOLAND® Pirate Island Hotel for $129 per night, for stays from Aug. 29-31. This is available for new bookings only.

Announcement from Walt Disney World Resorts on Hurricane Discount:
Evacuees & First Responders Support: Florida residents evacuating from the storm and first responders assisting in storm-related recovery efforts may also receive 50% off Disney Resort hotel stays on the evenings of August 29-31, 2023. For evacuees, please call (407) W-DISNEY for details. For first responders, please call (407) 828-3200 (Option 3). This applies to new bookings only and is based on availability.
Announcement from Rosen Hotels on Hurricane Discount:
Rosen Hotels & Resorts activated its Florida Resident Distress Rates this morning, giving evacuees a safe, affordable place to call home as they ride out the storm. Distress Rates are:
$69/night: Rosen Inn International, Rosen Inn closest to Universal, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando, Rosen Inn at Lake Buena Vista $99/night: Rosen Plaza
$109/night: Rosen Centre
$129/night: Rosen Shingle Creek
