One of our favorite ways to celebrate July 4th is snuggled up on a blanket with the kids and watching a spectacular fireworks show! And YAY for all of us because there are several July 4th fireworks displays on schedule this year throughout the Tampa Bay area, so you probably don’t have to drive too far to find one.

4th of July at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Busch Gardens’ biggest and brightest fireworks show is getting even bigger for July 4! Be sure to look to the sky for their Summer Celebration Firework Spectacular followed by an extended patriotic encore on July 4th. Before the fireworks go off, be sure to explore the best of Summer Nights, including exciting shows, entertainment, and more throughout the park. Dance to the beat in their DJ Party Zones.
For a limited time, guests 21+ can say “cheers” to summer. Naturally, you must be over the age of 21 to enjoy one complimentary 7 oz. beer per day. Busch Gardens Pass Members over the age of 21 can enjoy two complimentary 7 oz beers per day at Orang Café in Jungala. The exact time for Busch Gardens’ 4th of July fireworks is not yet on the schedule, but around 9:00 p.m. is a good assumption.
Tampa’s Boom by the Bay 2024

The annual Boom by the Bay Hard Rock Takeover of Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park returns! This year’s event will feature activities for the whole family to enjoy such as a pickleball tournament, apple pie bake-off, free concert, family zone activities, food trucks, and fireworks.
The Heights District Fourth of July Celebration at Armature Works
- July 4, 2024, from 3 pm-10 pm

Festivities include a large-scale riverfront concert, a riverfront fireworks display overlooking downtown Tampa, Friends of the Riverwalk Boat Parade, a Hot Dog Eating competition, and American-inspired art that will be auctioned off during the event. They will also have a Kids Zone complete with bounce houses, slides, an obstacle course, and free crafts. Face painting and glitter tattoos will be available for purchase. Free public access, general admission, and VIP access are all available. Stick around for fireworks starting at 9:15 pm. This event will benefit K9s for Warriors.
6th Annual Star Spangled Sparkman

Sparkman Wharf is celebrating Independence Day with its 6th annual Star Spangled Sparkman. Guests will have a spectacular waterfront view of the riverfront fireworks show and front-row viewing of the annual Blessing of the Fleet, followed by the Boat Parade and Water Ski Show presented by Friends of the Tampa Riverwalk. This year, guests will have the ability to upgrade to a premier viewing area located on the Wharf and beat the summer heat with a covered air-conditioned hydration station, cushioned bleacher seating, an exclusive bar, and more.
Yacht Starship Fourth of July Tampa and Clearwater Fireworks Cruises

Celebrate the stars and stripes on the water with a spectacular Fourth of July Fireworks Cruise! Celebrate our nation’s independence with a bang! Hop on the Pirate Water Taxi for an hour-long cruise where you’ll view Tampa’s city fireworks right above your head. Fireworks start at approximately 9 pm. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Water taxi rides are $59.95 per adult and $49.95 per child.

The outdoor, family-friendly festivities at the Pier will include fun activities such as the annual St. Pete Pier run, a craft beer garden, food trucks, and local vendors. The traditional Fourth of July fireworks show, sponsored by the City of St. Pete, will be visible from the downtown waterfront, including Bayshore Dr, Straub Park, and Vinoy Park.
Clearwater Celebrates America at Coachman Park

Starting at 5 pm, enjoy local vendors and food trucks, family-friendly activities, live music, and buskers throughout the park. As the day comes to a close, witness the grand finale – the largest fireworks display in Clearwater’s history accompanied by The Florida Orchestra at 9:30 pm. Following the fireworks, stick around for an immersive silent disco party to keep the celebration going!
Safety Harbor Fourth of July Parade and Celebration

Head over to the Safety Harbor marina for live entertainment, children’s activities, food vendors, and more. And of course, you don’t want to miss the fireworks show at 9 pm.
Fourth of July Fireworks at Largo Central Park

Gather up the family, grab your blankets or chairs, and head to Largo Central Park for music and an amazing fireworks display. There will be limited on-site parking for $10. Food and beverage vendors will be on-site. Fireworks will begin shortly after 9 pm.
Hometown USA Celebration in Dunedin

This event kicks off with the Dunedin Goes Carting patriotic golf cart parade through downtown Dunedin to TD Ballpark. The celebration continues at the ballpark with a live band, outdoor movie, games, face painting, and ending the night with a grand firework show. The band will play in the 3rd base concourse area; seating is limited. Grandstand seating will be open to watch the movie and fireworks; no field access.
Gulfport Fourth of July Celebration

The day kicks off early with a fishing tournament followed by family-friendly sand sculpting contests, a parade at 6 pm, and then fireworks at 9 pm. The best place to view the waterfront fireworks is from Gulfport Beach.
Treasure Island 4th of July Fireworks

Bring your chairs and blankets for a gorgeous view of waterfront fireworks on Treasure Island Beach. Off-site parking will be available for $20 at Treasure Island Park.
4th of July Concert and Fireworks on St. Pete Beach

Pack your coolers, blankets, and chairs, and head to Horan Park for an evening of live music and family-friendly fun! This event is free to attend. Concerts begin at 7 pm. Fireworks will be launched around 9 pm from the east end of Corey Avenue. The best viewing sites are at Horan Park and the 300 block of Corey Ave.
Red, White and BOOM at LEGOLAND Florida Resort on Lake Eloise

Celebrate America’s Independence Day as the skies above Lake Eloise fill with colorful fireworks. Watch as the skies fill with the biggest fireworks show of the year in the only place that transforms fireworks into LEGO bricks before your eyes. The Fireworks Kick-Off Party will take place at 8 pm at Pirates Cove followed by fireworks at 9 pm.
Fourth of July Celebration at Avalon Park West

If you plan to attend, try to bring a few non-perishable food items which will be collected at the event to help support VISTE, an organization that helps elderly people continue to live independently in their homes.
9th Annual Zephyrhills Summerfest and Fireworks

Summerfest is back strong with a day filled with FREE entertainment at Zephyr Lake Park! Patriotic Evening in Inverness
