What to expect at LEGO Festival at LEGOLAND Florida in 2026
The event creators were looking through a child’s eyes as they put this event together, so playtime was a top priority with dancing, music, and building! And the NEW additions this year will no doubt get the kids excited with LEGO® Pokémon™ and LEGO® F1® headlining two of the immersive play zones!
There are five immersive zones in total at the Festival. Here’s the best part—it’s all included with admission!
The LEGO Festival Zones:
Here is what our friends at LEGOLAND Florida are sharing about what we can expect this year: (Words shared by our pals at LEGOLAND Florida. We'll update with our own once we go experience the festival this year!)

Play Zone:
BIG news for Pokémon fans!!! LEGO® Pokémon™ will be headlining this year's Play Zone, featuring the all-new LEGO® Pokémon™ SMART Play™ sets. You'll get to step inside a LEGO® Pokémon™ inspired world, joining in hands-on activities and build moments that bring play to life and Pokémon into the physical realm through the LEGO® SMART Play™ system. Entering the Nurture area, Trainers can build their Pokémon a tasty snack, then head to the snack table to add a SMART tag and see how their Pokémon reacts. They can also build and display a LEGO Poké Ball, plus snap a photo with the giant LEGO® Pikachu model making its way to LEGO Festival this summer.
Thrill Zone: (pictured at the top of post)
NEW IN 2026: LEGO® F1® will headline the Thrill Zone! You'll get a chance to compete against the clock to complete the fastest LEGO® F1® pit stop tire change in the Brick Stop Challenge, experience the Pit Lane Hype Show, a live, beat-driven drum and percussion experience performed using only tools and snapping bricks, and design, build and race your own LEGO® F1® brick vehicles.
Chill Out Zone:
Unwind and explore the serenity of a secret garden in this quieter zone designed for a peaceful, plant-filled escape. In LEGO® Botanicals “Build & Bloom,” guests can build a LEGO Botanicals flower and add it to a growing display including LEGO brick butterflies and bug build – brand new for 2026.
There’s also a Gardener LEGO model to meet and the “Playtime with Hopsy” chilled-out stage show.
Music Zone:
Turn up the volume and rock out in the Music Zone featuring the “Battle of the Bands” show, where Rockstars and Popstars go head-to-head. Take center stage in a high-energy space for kids to join in and sing along. Families can also add to a large festival mosaic build, spot selfie-friendly LEGO models, and meet characters including Melody Raye and Lyric Santos after the show.
Creative Zone:
Get hands-on in this unique building zone designed to help kids test ideas and see creations take shape. All-new highlights include The Creatureverse brick build tables and Master Model Builder sessions such as “The Anything Animal” and “Let’s Create a Creature.”
Plus, photo moments with the festival LEGO® Panda and LEGO® Peacock that guests can add LEGO brick “feathers” to – it's a colorful, creative playground.
NEW Build Competition in 2026
For extra LEGO Festival bragging rights, guests can participate in the 3 Build Challenge and collect stamps on the LEGO Festival map as they conquer each zone.
It’s as easy as Build, Collect, Reward – those completing three or more exclusive LEGO® Festival brick-building activities can pick up a 3‑in‑1 LEGO® Creator gift before heading home.
Plus, there’s a LEGO Insiders points giveaway available for grown-up builders, too.
“We’re delighted to welcome LEGO Festival back for a second year. It’s designed as a vibrant multi-area experience around the park, where children lead the way through play – with dedicated zones, build activities, live moments and plenty of chances to meet many different LEGO characters,” said Brian Bacica, Vice President of LEGOLAND Florida Resort. “And because it sits within the wider resort experience, families can mix epic festival activities with rides and attractions throughout the day.”
